Margaret Nancy (Johnson) McCourt

Margaret Nancy McCourt, 76, of Coal Center, PA, died Thursday, February 15, 2024.

She was born Sunday, February 8, 1948, a daughter of the late William and Anna Johnson.

She was a member of the West Brownsville American Legion, the California Young Men's Club, the Daisytown A/C Club, and the Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Club.

In addition to her parents Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy McCourt and two sons, Shane and Cleveland McCourt.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Apryle Martin of Brownsville, PA; five grandchildren, Tiffani McCourt, Savannah McCourt, Steven M. Martin, Jr., Sarah A. Martin, and Jessica L. Martin, and one great-grandson, Greyson Lee Martin.  Also surviving is her long time companion Tom Wilson.

Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Monday, February 19, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and until 11:00 on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 when funeral services will be held in the funeral home with Rev. Heather Wakefield officiating.

Interment will follow in Phillipsburg Cemetery.
